Update 2022: It's been many, many years since I wrote this blog post and there are plenty more videos and tutorials available now than ever before. I'd recommend purchasing a copy of my book - The Woven Home as it is quite a comprehensive instruction book on weaving. I've also heard great things about Hello Hydrangea's online classes.
In this video, I demonstrate how to warp your weaving loom - this technique applies to any frame loom of The Unusual Pear
The next two videos demonstrate the technique I use for removing a finished woven piece from your weaving loom.
The Weaving Loom has also put together some photographed instructions on warping with our looms and using various weaving techniques.

I had a lovely customer of mine named Jane ask about spinning bamboo and I thought I'd experiment and do a blog post for others who may be interested as well.
Bamboo fibre compared to wool is much silkier, softer and lighter. I would consider this to be a more intermediate to advanced fibre to spin on it's own due to its slippery, silky nature. The staple length is approximately 10cm long.
