Spinning & Carding

Electric Wheels

I've been spinning my yarns on both of these e-spinners for over five years now, and I wouldn't consider anything else. Traditional spinning wheels require you to sit upright, treadling the pedals with your feet. An electric wheel allows you to sit comfortably and kick back while the electrics do the work for you. My favourite position to spin in is in my comfy lounge chair, with my feet cuddled up with me on the chair.

Hand Carding

Carding equipment allows you to blend various fibres, creating an art batt or rolag to spin into yarn. My favourite fibres to blend on my drum carder are fluffy wools, recycled cotton and a bit of Angelina for some sparkle ✨
