New Life Yarn by The Unusual Pear
These one-of-a-kind handspun yarns have been thoughtfully made with yarn and roving trimmings I have collected over the last 5 years from my hand woven pieces, workshops, yarn ball ends and failed projects. My yarn trimming bags were well and truly overflowing with little bits of glorious natural fibres that I have saved from going into landfill.
I have given these trimmings a New Life by hand carding them together with my Wild Drum Carder and then spinning them on my Electric Spinning Wheel to create these truly unique and wonderful yarns.
